The Sea to Sea Green Blue Belt (SSGBB) is a system of protected lands comprised of the Greater Victoria Water District (GVWD), protected municipal and provincial parks, and the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) lands. The Sea to Sea was a dream of conservationists for decades before it became a reality.
